Guten Tag people! I am known as Shiloh. Shiloh Shadowtail. I ain't to good at this kinda stuff, describin' myself and such, so i'm just gonna try.
First of all I am a half-dragon-half-human, so yes I do have wings and horns and fangs and a dragon form and such. I am the personification of Insanity. Yes Insanity, though i'm not insane. I only go insane if something happens to my family. Speaking of family, the 'Awesome' Prussia and Germany are mein big bruders. Hence the somewhat German accent. And I consider England as a father, since he did help to create me. I love all them very much.
As for my looks I would say average. I ain't got no big boobs but I would say they're average too. I got long silver hair like big bruder Prussia's except that it's blue at the ends. My eyes are red also like big bruder Prussia's. So by now you can guess that I'm albino like him, so my skin is very pale and I can't be in the sun too long.
As for clothes I usually wear a dark navy blue jacket with yellow trim, yellow jeans with blue trim, and somewhat high heel black leather boots with yellow straps.
I get along with everyone (in Hetalia. She lives in the Hetalia world, if you can't guess by now.) pretty well. I live with mein bruders and they are a little over-protective though I don't mind.
I can't really think of anything else to say about myself so if you wanna know more about me such as my likes and such then check the bio my admin will leave you below.

Likes: Fruits, meats, video games, electronics, all kinds of weapons, flying around a large open range, spying and pranking people, lingering around watching life, her friends, her family, sky diving, drawing and making art, anime, manga, time to herself to think about things, animals (especially wolves and dogs), magical creatures, and nature.

Dislikes: Vegetables (except potatoes, she likes them very much), useless fighting and killing, perverts (she can stand her friends pervyness), loneliness, real-life murders and rapists and such, depression (which she occasionally goes through), people who say they love people but really don’t love anyone, prostitutes and strippers, people who show off their body on purpose (not like when you go swimming in a swimsuit, like girls who show off their boobs and such), people who she feels are useless and horrible to the world, and pollution.

Attributes: She is an amazing artist, she is super smart and wise like a dragon, she can live as long as a dragon, she is magic so she can do almost anything, she is as strong and powerful as dragons, she can transform into her natural dragon form but can also transform into any other animal, her body can withstand entire wars worth of damage, she can use her wings to fly higher than any airplane, she can hold her breath for long periods of time and can withstand high pressures (like she could go to outer space and live easily), she can only die of old age and weapons cannot kill her no matter what, and if she needs to she can go into a "Dragon Sleep" where her body is as if dead but she stays alive.

Back Ground: Shiloh was created when Prussia visited England one day and England accidentally got some of Prussia's DNA into a magic ceremony. This made her blood-related to Prussia but he was only her big brother and still is. England was more of a father to her but Prussia was and is still an over-protective big brother. She lived with England for a year so he could study and learn about her but she lived most of her life with Prussia. She was a half-dragon-half-human and she was the manifestation of insanity, but she can heep her insanity under control. No one knows why but she occasionally goes into a depression and when she does she keeps to herself and flys around watching other humans lives go by. One time she went into a depression about loneliness, yeah she had Prussia and England but she wanted that "special someone". While flying around in her depression she noticed a young man who intrigued her very much, it was America but she didn't know. In fact she hadn't even known about how England and Prussia were countries yet. One day she hid her horns and wings and went for a walk with that man on her mind. But while she did she was stalked by a stranger, the stranger happened to be a rapist. He followed her and attempted to rape her with the help of his friends. When she refused them they shot at her and cut her, which would've killed a normal human, but she didn't die and she ran. She ran right through a dark forest in the rain and mud before tripping and falling. Luckily the men hadn't found her, but she was so shocked and weak that she didn't move for days. This incident caused her to go into depression every couple months for the rest of her life no matter what. She was found by that young man she was intrigued by. He took her home and helped her. She trusted him and let him see her horns and wings since they were injured, and in return he told her about how he was the country of America. She knew it was fate that they met. America had taken her to a world meeting and Prussia and England immediately hugged her and glomped her. America was confused at why they hugged her and Shiloh was confused about why they were there. So they had to explain everything to everyone and such. She got along with all the other countries and they all became good friends.
